Mr. Greer has more than 27 years of banking experience with the last 21 years with BB&T. He joined BB&T in 1990 and has served as a mortgage originator, commercial lender, branch manager, regional branch administrator, regional retail banking manager and Metro Orlando area executive. In 2009, he was named president of the Sarasota, Fla.-based Southwest Florida Region, which includes Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, Lee and Collier counties.
